GBExcellent customer service, still working out the kinks though I have ordered from Wiggy before. I love their products and service, the wigs are a great price and worth the wait. I tried to apply my discount code but it wasn’t applied immediately; however, when I contacted the customer service at Wigyy, they replied within 48 hours and were able to process my discount code promptly and refund the amount of my discount and process my order within a short period of time. I am excited to receive my order!

AUWhy doesn’t Trustpilot with ALL the bad… Why doesn’t Trustpilot with ALL the bad reviews on so many different retailers, report these scams to FACEBOOK & The Australian Authorities, to STOP SCAMMERS LIKE THIS & REMOVE THEM FROM ADVERTISING???

GBPoor Quality/Poor Customer Service Wig and hair topper are very poor quality. Can see the cap of the wig through the hair so it looks very fake. Wig and upper hair obviously plastic, does not look like real hair at all. Advertising videos do not use the same poor quality products. The must use a high quality product from a different company in the promotional videos/marketing.

AUPlease be careful Please be careful. This is a scam. The company claims to have shipped the items (and provided a tracking number) and then a month later told me the order was 6 weeks away from despatch. 5 requests to cancel the order and refund have been met with refusal and an offer to refund 10% then 20% then 30% and so on. TOTAL SCAM.

GBI ordered several wigs and did not get… I ordered several wigs and did not get a collector discount even though they were bought separately, they should’ve been combined so that I would’ve gotten a discount. I’m just praying that these wigs are nice. I’ve never had one of your wigs in hoping that they’ll work. Thank you Joyce Richard.
