Terrible customer service paid extra for shipping and customer service would not return my shipping cost after waiting almost a month. When I went to the post office I was told the company (glamourtress) had to initiate the return process and they wouldn’t even do that.

I called customer service, I was told that they will not accept a return but will either mail me the correct length of give me credit for another purchase. The representative told me that the supervisor was at lunch and they would get back to me. Two weeks later, no one got to me. I called again, email and nothing happened. At their convenient, I was email back to contact the manufacturer. Why the inconsistency between what your representatives tell customers. More training need to be done. I am very disappointed.

I feel that your regular customers … I feel that your regular customers shouldn’t be charge shipping and handling if the order is around $ 39. 99 or 49.99 also if discounts on orders it should also apply if you doing online or speaking to representatives . sometimes I only need 3 thing so I look at other companies to buy from because of the shipping.

HERE IS THE REPLY I GOT FROM GLAMOUR TRESS "Sorry for any delay, you can do what you please; unfortunately, as we looked at your tracking, it says it was delivered.
