Dissatisfied customer
GBI bought a wig and received the wrong … I bought a wig and received the wrong length. I called customer service, I was told that they will not accept a return but will either mail me the correct length of give me credit for another purchase. The representative told me that the supervisor was at lunch and they would get back to me. Two weeks later, no one got to me. I called again, email and nothing happened. At their convenient, I was email back to contact the manufacturer. Why the inconsistency between what your representatives tell customers. More training need to be done. I am very disappointed.

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS, EMAIL SUCKS, I ORDER ONE THING THEY SEND ME ANOTHER TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR AND WON'T COOPERATE TO EXCHANGE IT! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, AT MY WITS END!!!

GBLiars and thieves! I ordered two wigs from Glamourtress in medium brown. When they were received, they were jet black and there was no return shipping label provided. I contacted them to initiate a return for refund of payment. They insisted the correct color was shipped. I filed a complaint with the BBB and repeated my dissatisfaction with the products I received. They feigned ignorance at first and finally stated they had no intention of providing a refund. Not only did they lie about the product color, but by virtue of the fact no shipping return label was provided is proof of a no refund or return policy. Unfortunately this experience was a valuable lesson for me. I no longer purchase any products from beauty supply products stores in person or online. They are liars and thieves.

GBThe worest online shopping experience… The worest online shopping experience in my life. I made a very large order for my grandma, mother and myself. We had almost a $500 order to have the worest customer service. I had to call over 47 times for someone to answer the phone. Then had a manager accused me of fraud and continue to yell at me over the phone. He won't let me talk! After his unprofessional remarks I asked to speak to his manager we're he decided to hang up on me. I worked customer service for 5 years and never encountered should a rude company. I would not EVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY!!

GBBUYER Beware....KEEP YOUR MONEY BUYER Beware....KEEP YOUR MONEY. ORDER FROM Hair Sisters... I Ordered 5 wigs returned 3 only Refunded me for 2 claiming I destroyed one ponytail....I didn't even order a ponytail. ..They are fraudsters. They want you to fight and argue with them...Wigs ARE HORRIBLE!!!!
