GBPLACED AN ORDER ON 12/30/2018 PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/30/2018 , AFTER ALMOST 2MONTHS OF NOTHING , ON 2/13/2019 , I EMAILED THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY , AND I WAS TOLD MY TRANSACTION ID DOES NOT MATCH MY ORDER , I COPIED EXACTLY MY TRANSACTION FROM PAYPAL , TO THEM , I NEVER HEARD BACK , TODAY 02/21/2019 , I WROTE TO THEM ASKING FOR EITHER A REFUND OR AN UPDATE OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH PAYPAL . HERE IS THE REPLY I GOT FROM GLAMOUR TRESS "Sorry for any delay, you can do what you please; unfortunately, as we looked at your tracking, it says it was delivered. We understand if you have to go through PayPal". BEWARE OF THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY TO DISAPPEAR .

GBDon't want heard from them no more best marketing but worse customer service. They would send you sake and promotion everyday and when you go to order they say it's finish. And when you order they send you whatever they have and won't answer your mails when you complain and never pick up the phone.

GBWill never recommend do yourself a… Will never recommend do yourself a favor and keep looking. Terrible customer service paid extra for shipping and customer service would not return my shipping cost after waiting almost a month. When I went to the post office I was told the company (glamourtress) had to initiate the return process and they wouldn’t even do that.

KRDon't even think about returning or they'll charge you I used to use this site as my go-to for affordable wigs but I just received the wrong color wig with the right color tag attached like they're trying to pull one over on me. When I went to return,their return policy not only puts the shipping entirely on the customer, there's also a minimum 20% restocking fee which could go up to 50% for arbitrary reasons, AND you have to notify them you're returning the item by a certain amount of days through email so if they don't see your email you're out of luck. This is a Scam with a capital $. Edit: I used their contact page form to contact them about the order and received an undeliverable message so how would they get any messages about returns?? Error email with changed email address below: This is the mail system at host ---- I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

GBI feel that your regular customers … I feel that your regular customers shouldn’t be charge shipping and handling if the order is around $ 39. 99 or 49.99 also if discounts on orders it should also apply if you doing online or speaking to representatives . sometimes I only need 3 thing so I look at other companies to buy from because of the shipping.
