GBQUALITY IS TRASH OMG! THEY DELETED MY REVIEW OF BUTTA LACE #5!!! If you think I'm lying, check it out yourself. All of the Butta units are horrible. These units are too costly for them not to last beyond a week. Of course they have other units; however, I won't be shopping with them again simply because they don't care what people receive as long as the company is making money by withholding information.

GBYOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING WIGS OFF OF… YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING WIGS OFF OF WISH.COM ! I ordered Sensationnel Empress Game changer , it looked like the wig until I took it out of the package , it came up to my cheek and there was kind of a bald spot towards the back. Also I ordered Zury Sis beyond synthetic kitty and they sent me nothing like it , I received a wavy blonde bob no namone just in a clear package . I was asking for a refund and they act like they could not help . DO NOT SHOP HERE , SAVE YOUR MONEY .

GBDisappointed ☹️ Ordered 2 wigs for one of my clients that were supposed to be 100% Human Hair, after she wears them until they need to be shampooed, I usually take care of them for her. I followed the care instructions on the packaging and they lost the curl pattern upon washing them even using the proper products. I called and emailed the company with no response until 2weeks later and now I can’t return them! I will not be ordering any more wigs from this company!

GBI bought a wig and received the wrong … I bought a wig and received the wrong length. I called customer service, I was told that they will not accept a return but will either mail me the correct length of give me credit for another purchase. The representative told me that the supervisor was at lunch and they would get back to me. Two weeks later, no one got to me. I called again, email and nothing happened. At their convenient, I was email back to contact the manufacturer. Why the inconsistency between what your representatives tell customers. More training need to be done. I am very disappointed.
