GBI feel that your regular customers … I feel that your regular customers shouldn’t be charge shipping and handling if the order is around $ 39. 99 or 49.99 also if discounts on orders it should also apply if you doing online or speaking to representatives . sometimes I only need 3 thing so I look at other companies to buy from because of the shipping.

GBCustomer service is a thing of the past with them.. While Glamourtress has decent pricing for wigs, their site lacks when it comes to inventory. Many items are still in the website showing as an available option when in fact once you click on the item, excited to get a cute piece only to discover it’s sold out in every color. Continuously emailing customer service is a joke. They don’t even care to return emails to me at this point. Customer service should come with a tone of appreciation for return customers to come back wanting to spend their hard earned money with you. I have spent several hundreds if not thousands and I can’t get a phone call or email. I would not recommend at this point.

GBLiars and thieves! I ordered two wigs from Glamourtress in medium brown. When they were received, they were jet black and there was no return shipping label provided. I contacted them to initiate a return for refund of payment. They insisted the correct color was shipped. I filed a complaint with the BBB and repeated my dissatisfaction with the products I received. They feigned ignorance at first and finally stated they had no intention of providing a refund. Not only did they lie about the product color, but by virtue of the fact no shipping return label was provided is proof of a no refund or return policy. Unfortunately this experience was a valuable lesson for me. I no longer purchase any products from beauty supply products stores in person or online. They are liars and thieves.

KRDon't even think about returning or they'll charge you I used to use this site as my go-to for affordable wigs but I just received the wrong color wig with the right color tag attached like they're trying to pull one over on me. When I went to return,their return policy not only puts the shipping entirely on the customer, there's also a minimum 20% restocking fee which could go up to 50% for arbitrary reasons, AND you have to notify them you're returning the item by a certain amount of days through email so if they don't see your email you're out of luck. This is a Scam with a capital $. Edit: I used their contact page form to contact them about the order and received an undeliverable message so how would they get any messages about returns?? Error email with changed email address below: This is the mail system at host ---- I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

GBThis used to be one of my favorite… This used to be one of my favorite companies to order from until now! I had to go out of town for a funeral and placed an order on a Monday, paid extra to receive it in 1 to 3 business days., which would allow me to have it delivered before leaving early Sat morning! Every time I checked the order, it had not been shipped! I sent emails and called since they assure customers that they value them and will respond in a timely manner! My emails were ignored and of course there is no answer when I called! Sad to say, I did not receive the package before going to My Uncles funeral! Here it is Monday again, a whole week later, and the package is supposed to arrive this evening! I paid the extra shipping costs for Nothing!!! I am highly disappointed and angry with this experience! I won’t be recommending or shopping with this company Again!!! But obviously they could care less!!!
