GBPLACED AN ORDER ON 12/30/2018 PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/30/2018 , AFTER ALMOST 2MONTHS OF NOTHING , ON 2/13/2019 , I EMAILED THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY , AND I WAS TOLD MY TRANSACTION ID DOES NOT MATCH MY ORDER , I COPIED EXACTLY MY TRANSACTION FROM PAYPAL , TO THEM , I NEVER HEARD BACK , TODAY 02/21/2019 , I WROTE TO THEM ASKING FOR EITHER A REFUND OR AN UPDATE OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH PAYPAL . HERE IS THE REPLY I GOT FROM GLAMOUR TRESS "Sorry for any delay, you can do what you please; unfortunately, as we looked at your tracking, it says it was delivered. We understand if you have to go through PayPal". BEWARE OF THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY TO DISAPPEAR .

GBI feel that your regular customers … I feel that your regular customers shouldn’t be charge shipping and handling if the order is around $ 39. 99 or 49.99 also if discounts on orders it should also apply if you doing online or speaking to representatives . sometimes I only need 3 thing so I look at other companies to buy from because of the shipping.

GBSTOLE MY MONEY.. CROOKS Hello, I've given your company more than enough time to either find my package, deliver my package or refund my money, none of the actions have been taken. I've tried calling the customer service number listed on your website, the phone rings out with no answering service. I've emailed you twice, I've received one response with no followup sense, it's now been well over a week. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable. You've taken over one hundred dollars from me, and I have not received my product, this is theft. Terrible experience 😪

GBQUALITY IS TRASH OMG! THEY DELETED MY REVIEW OF BUTTA LACE #5!!! If you think I'm lying, check it out yourself. All of the Butta units are horrible. These units are too costly for them not to last beyond a week. Of course they have other units; however, I won't be shopping with them again simply because they don't care what people receive as long as the company is making money by withholding information.

GBThe worest online shopping experience… The worest online shopping experience in my life. I made a very large order for my grandma, mother and myself. We had almost a $500 order to have the worest customer service. I had to call over 47 times for someone to answer the phone. Then had a manager accused me of fraud and continue to yell at me over the phone. He won't let me talk! After his unprofessional remarks I asked to speak to his manager we're he decided to hang up on me. I worked customer service for 5 years and never encountered should a rude company. I would not EVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY!!
