Its a scam, do not waste your time I did not receive my order or any update on the status of my order. I ordered 2 ruby hair in June. It's the 16th of august now still no information. the tracking I got was last updated on the 5th of July in Germany. I used the au website I even sent a dm on Instagram to confirm it's the Australian website. I paid $152 for nothing a total waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

No Seller Order Updates- Never Shipped I placed an order on 11/27/22, I never received any tracking information which on the website says 2-3 days. In December 13 I reached out to them because I still didn't have tracking info. They respond on the 15th to say 1 item out of 6 is out of stock. I asked why they did not ship the rest of my order and still no response after 6 days. Requested to cancel the order. Going through Paypal to get my refund. Horrible Company To Do Business With!

The medium auburn is a dark red brown The medium auburn is a dark red brown, not a natural color and is basically brown. I tried lifting it myself since they wont accept a return and the darn thing doesn't even change colors. Its literally useless and I wasted over $80 on this. Never again. Colors don't match pictures AT all.
