Absolutely do NOT recommend… I’ve had good luck with this company in the past (I love their ponytail extensions), but I placed an order at the beginning of February and never received it, even though they immediately charged my credit card. I reached out via email a few times and received replies at first, telling me they were having issues and would ship them out soon, but I haven’t even received replies to the past couple emails I’ve sent them. I finally submitted a claim to my credit card company and they refunded my money. I don’t know if they’ve gone out of business or what, but this was a very disappointing experience.

I Ordered on 2/22/23 and have not… I Ordered on 2/22/23 and have not received my product and I have emailed about 8 times called once a month ago left message and no response they did credit me 20.84 a while back for the wait but now I cannot get a hold of no one and I bought two hair extensions they owe me 85 dollars, I just Edith want my Order or my money back that’s a lot of money to lose

I have just received my platinum blonde… I have just received my platinum blonde ponytail, lovely colour and feels nice but does not stay in at all. I've tried high ponytails etc and wrapped the wire around and around tight which I should mention is very long,it sticks out. It literally was pulling my own hair it's that heavy. Disappointed

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Zero stars. I’m not even sure they exist anymore. I placed an order that was never fulfilled even after multiple emails to customer service over almost 60 days. Your order confirmation says expect delivery in 5-9 business days, but I never received the items or reasons for delay. I finally asked them to cancel and refund. I have not received an email back regarding my request. I attempted to call the company using the 1-877 number listed. The message says the number is “temporarily out of service.”

I’ve suffered tremendous hair. I’ve suffered tremendous hair loss due to stress & health, my older sister purchased the Ruby for me & it was a perfect match. It made me feel so much better about myself. For some reason the tip broke. I messaged & got a rapid response. They offered me a replacement. So my experience has been wonderful. I have told everyone about this company & will continue to do so. I will be a return customer.
