Unreal, take no notice of the bad reviews on here I ordered two medium blonde pieces and I think they’re great, they look unreal as pig tails and I imagine they will look good as a pony too. I’ve just seen all the reviews about the wire through the middle, I can’t understand why people are surprised, that’s the whole premise of the extensions!! It’s not obvious at all as you wrap most of it around your own hair. I personally think they’re great I’m just a bit skeptical about how long they will last for as they’re quite expensive so I hope they don’t ruin easily!!

No Seller Order Updates- Never Shipped I placed an order on 11/27/22, I never received any tracking information which on the website says 2-3 days. In December 13 I reached out to them because I still didn't have tracking info. They respond on the 15th to say 1 item out of 6 is out of stock. I asked why they did not ship the rest of my order and still no response after 6 days. Requested to cancel the order. Going through Paypal to get my refund. Horrible Company To Do Business With!

I Ordered on 2/22/23 and have not… I Ordered on 2/22/23 and have not received my product and I have emailed about 8 times called once a month ago left message and no response they did credit me 20.84 a while back for the wait but now I cannot get a hold of no one and I bought two hair extensions they owe me 85 dollars, I just Edith want my Order or my money back that’s a lot of money to lose

Horrible Horrible, fraud website. Never received my order. I put a dispute in with my bank. I sent 20 emails and no responses. Called, phone disconnected. I learned one thing check out the website if they are legit. Because this website added a slight difference to the name. Beware! They deserve 0 rating!

Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on… Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on October 5 never received any email updates and my emails are going on replied. Thank goodness I ordered with a credit card at least I know I’ll get my money back. This is exactly why you never use debit card or PayPal. With a credit card I know I’ll get my money back.
