GBAbsolutely do NOT recommend… I’ve had good luck with this company in the past (I love their ponytail extensions), but I placed an order at the beginning of February and never received it, even though they immediately charged my credit card. I reached out via email a few times and received replies at first, telling me they were having issues and would ship them out soon, but I haven’t even received replies to the past couple emails I’ve sent them. I finally submitted a claim to my credit card company and they refunded my money. I don’t know if they’ve gone out of business or what, but this was a very disappointing experience.

GBOrdered the Ruby Aug 5th Ordered the Ruby Aug 5th. Apart from a order confirmation email I received no other updates, Aug 17th I emailed to inquire about my order, was told it was on back order and would ship in 1-2 weeks, still nothing and now my emails are being ignored. All the good reviews are so over the top, I’m inclined to believe they are posted by the company.

GBSCAM!! BE VERY BEWARE SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIPPED ANYTHING! I ordered the Ruby on 10/7/22, they immediately charged my credit card. Never received any kind of order confirmation until 3 days later saying the item was back ordered and that they didnt have a restock date scheduled at this time and asked if I wanted a different item or a refund. I replied back to email stating I wanted a refund. Never heard from this company again. Have emailed 4 times and called 877-587-7889 & 866-389-6629 and no one EVER answers either number. 10/25/22 STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR AN ORDER THEY NEVER SHIPPED OUT.

GBThey owe me money!! They owe me a refund for two separate orders I placed earlier this year. They never sent me my orders for 5 RUBY. Took my money and closed up shop. Website went down after I reached out several times about my orders and my friends order. May and June

GBI’ve suffered tremendous hair. I’ve suffered tremendous hair loss due to stress & health, my older sister purchased the Ruby for me & it was a perfect match. It made me feel so much better about myself. For some reason the tip broke. I messaged & got a rapid response. They offered me a replacement. So my experience has been wonderful. I have told everyone about this company & will continue to do so. I will be a return customer.
