I have just received my platinum blonde… I have just received my platinum blonde ponytail, lovely colour and feels nice but does not stay in at all. I've tried high ponytails etc and wrapped the wire around and around tight which I should mention is very long,it sticks out. It literally was pulling my own hair it's that heavy. Disappointed

Prettyparty #1 best ponytail to order :) I absolutely "love" my new Ruby. ( I got the smooth, long layered) so natural looking and very soft. Can't wait to show it off! I had a few exchanges on the colors but the chat customer service reps were very helpful, patient, and caring on trying to get me the correct/closes color to my hair. Unreal, take no notice of the bad reviews on here I ordered two medium blonde pieces and I think they’re great, they look unreal as pig tails and I imagine they will look good as a pony too. I’ve just seen all the reviews about the wire through the middle, I can’t understand why people are surprised, that’s the whole premise of the extensions!! It’s not obvious at all as you wrap most of it around your own hair. I personally think they’re great I’m just a bit skeptical about how long they will last for as they’re quite expensive so I hope they don’t ruin easily!!

Its a scam, do not waste your time I did not receive my order or any update on the status of my order. I ordered 2 ruby hair in June. It's the 16th of august now still no information. the tracking I got was last updated on the 5th of July in Germany. I used the au website I even sent a dm on Instagram to confirm it's the Australian website. I paid $152 for nothing a total waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

I tried lifting it myself since they wont accept a return and the darn thing doesn't even change colors. Its literally useless and I wasted over $80 on this. Never again. Colors don't match pictures AT all.
