GBOrdered two Ruby hair extensions on… Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on October 5 never received any email updates and my emails are going on replied. Thank goodness I ordered with a credit card at least I know I’ll get my money back. This is exactly why you never use debit card or PayPal. With a credit card I know I’ll get my money back.

GBNo Seller Order Updates- Never Shipped I placed an order on 11/27/22, I never received any tracking information which on the website says 2-3 days. In December 13 I reached out to them because I still didn't have tracking info. They respond on the 15th to say 1 item out of 6 is out of stock. I asked why they did not ship the rest of my order and still no response after 6 days. Requested to cancel the order. Going through Paypal to get my refund. Horrible Company To Do Business With!

GBI never received my pd product even… I never received my pd product even when i gave updated address. They don’t respond and when they do it’s computer generated. No phone number they avoid talking to their customers just take our money. Very unprofessional. I’ve yet to receive my refund or product and it’s been a month

GBOrdered the Ruby Aug 5th Ordered the Ruby Aug 5th. Apart from a order confirmation email I received no other updates, Aug 17th I emailed to inquire about my order, was told it was on back order and would ship in 1-2 weeks, still nothing and now my emails are being ignored. All the good reviews are so over the top, I’m inclined to believe they are posted by the company.

GBI’ve suffered tremendous hair. I’ve suffered tremendous hair loss due to stress & health, my older sister purchased the Ruby for me & it was a perfect match. It made me feel so much better about myself. For some reason the tip broke. I messaged & got a rapid response. They offered me a replacement. So my experience has been wonderful. I have told everyone about this company & will continue to do so. I will be a return customer.
