Good product, very poor customer service My package of a razor and shaving brush came on time, however the entire box was infested with hundreds ants (inside the taped box). The ants got into the packaging of both products. When I reached out to west coast shaving about either a refund or new products to replace these, I never received a response.

The package never arrived after 2 weeks, so I submitted a contact form 3 separate times through their website asking what had happened with my order. They never reached back to me or even acknowledged me once. I had to file a complaint directly with my bank and I come to find from my banker that the company's response to the dispute was "customer never reached out to us about a problem with the order". Incredible. Stay far away from these thieves that are only dropshipping cheap chinese products at a 300% profit. I will make sure noone I know shops with them.
