GBGood product, very poor customer service My package of a razor and shaving brush came on time, however the entire box was infested with hundreds ants (inside the taped box). The ants got into the packaging of both products. When I reached out to west coast shaving about either a refund or new products to replace these, I never received a response.

CAMy privacy may have been breached due … No apology from West Coast My privacy may have been breached due to fraudsters taking advantage of the Spark Pay system used by West Coast Shaving. This is unacceptable. No apology or acknowledgement came from West Coast. I received a letter in the mail from, Capital One Spark Business informing me that my personal information, address, phone number, card number, expiration date CVV, banking information may have been accessed. This is serious business, that West Coast should acknowledge and apologize to their loyal customers. I have been a customer for about 10 years. Right now, I will hold off on online purchases with them.

CAridiculously terrible delivery / customer service still haven't received my product after 17 days... Despite 2 different times of me contacting west coast shaving, the two tracking numbers for my two orders still aren't working (the two tracking codes they sent were wrong). They can't tell me where my stuff is... update. It's been 22 days since my initial order placed on september 20th. Still no sign of my product or any assistance from west coast shaving. I've been trying to contact them but till now, no prevail. This is absolutely unacceptable customer / delivery service.

GBTerrible shipping situation Terrible shipping situation. Company located in CA, drop shipping is from SC. Half the stuff you get has issues, broken bottle caps, old product, leaky bottles etc. They appear to be working off defective product. Two orders sent recently vanished; I specifically requested they NOT send FEDEX; I knew they have a terrible delivery record. Both times the shipper refused, both shipments stolen off my porch. I did get a refund. That's the only reason for the second star.

GBAvoid if you expect any level of good service. The first time I contacted WCS I was simply looking for a shaving brush that would fit my holder. I even gave them the exact needed dimensions with a picture. No response. Then I ordered a razor from them that turned out to be so mild it would take a week to get a decent shave. I asked them what could be done (refund, a more aggressive head, etc.). I was told there are no refunds for anything that has been used. Fine. But what about the other options? Again...dead air. BTW, West Coast Shaving isn't located on the West coast. They're in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina. owner Christine Koontz promises customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, but sure doesn't show it by ignoring customers. WCS stinks.
