Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order through Amazon and after almost a month I received a wrong order. When I filed a return request, the representative insisted that I received the correct order, which was a blatant lie. Now I am trying to reach them but no one is picking up their phone and the representative has not replied to my email after 2 days. One of the worst examples of customer service I have ever encountered.

Terrible company Terrible company. Ordered a full shaving kit for my husband as a gift. The package never arrived after 2 weeks, so I submitted a contact form 3 separate times through their website asking what had happened with my order. They never reached back to me or even acknowledged me once. I had to file a complaint directly with my bank and I come to find from my banker that the company's response to the dispute was "customer never reached out to us about a problem with the order". Incredible. Stay far away from these thieves that are only dropshipping cheap chinese products at a 300% profit. I will make sure noone I know shops with them.
