GBcustomer service? NOT Read many great reviews on WCS. Obviously, these respondents had no issues with their order. The products and pricing are fair, however, customer service is poor. I ordered a razor from their midnight collection(black) and received SS/chrome instead. Problem was, I also purchased a black badger brush, black stand and black shaving mug. There was also a price difference, in their favor. First contact, Christina, expressed regrets, then proceeded to offer to replace THE CHROME HEAD, and if I was interested, I COULD PURCHASE A DIFFERENT HANDLE! I explained that did not correct THEIR MISTAKE, and that I would be returning the entire order for a full refund(I spent over $200.00). Kevin replied "no problem...........feel free to have your order shipped back to our office". Not often have I experienced a company that makes ZERO effort to keep a paid customer, especially when the error was theirs! I will be returning entire order, eat the return shipping cost, and NEVER do business with WCS again. Hopefully, if anyone purchases something online from this company, you receive the correct items with no problems. If there is an issue, you will get no satisfaction, hence, customer service? NOT

GBPoor return policy. Will never buy again. Ordered Shaving Brush. After I opened the box, realized it is too big to use with shaving soap so I contacted support to return and get the right one. Even though website stated that 365 days return policy (Baloney) because I opened the box, I was told to read the return policy and so it can not be returned. This is the first time I went out of my usual Nordstorm and other high end retailers route and paid the price. I will never buy again.

GBAbsurdly bad Absurdly bad. Painfully slow. Run far far away from this awful terrible company, If you look up the phrase “doesn’t give a damn about customers ” in the dictionary, West Coast Shaving’s picture will come up.

GBGood product, very poor customer service My package of a razor and shaving brush came on time, however the entire box was infested with hundreds ants (inside the taped box). The ants got into the packaging of both products. When I reached out to west coast shaving about either a refund or new products to replace these, I never received a response.
