I ordered a razor from their midnight collection(black) and received SS/chrome instead. Problem was, I also purchased a black badger brush, black stand and black shaving mug. There was also a price difference, in their favor. First contact, Christina, expressed regrets, then proceeded to offer to replace THE CHROME HEAD, and if I was interested, I COULD PURCHASE A DIFFERENT HANDLE! I explained that did not correct THEIR MISTAKE, and that I would be returning the entire order for a full refund(I spent over $200.00). Kevin replied "no problem...........feel free to have your order shipped back to our office". Not often have I experienced a company that makes ZERO effort to keep a paid customer, especially when the error was theirs! I will be returning entire order, eat the return shipping cost, and NEVER do business with WCS again. Hopefully, if anyone purchases something online from this company, you receive the correct items with no problems. If there is an issue, you will get no satisfaction, hence, customer service? NOT

Misleading Ads The feather artist description should state it does not include any blade. I bought it as a gift for my son and was embarrassed when he couldn't even use it for lack of blade. I now have to ship the blades directly to him for him to use it.

Be careful, all may not be as it appears What you see is not necessarily what you get - even when they seem to go out of their way to specify a very particular version, or run of an item. Take nothing for granted and ask befor you buy. Also, when I went back to make sure of what I'd ordered (since it was not what I'd received) I saw that I'd apparently made the mistake of placing an order for 10 packs of "10 each" totaling 100, when there was a separate listing elsewhere for ordering 1 pack/group of "100 each". I paid 40% more for this oversight. Again, double check & then verify here. Shipping is fast though.. Response: My first two lines refer to the fact that the image of the item you show, may not be what you are actually selling - something I explained in our email exchange after the sale. BTW, I did not ask to participate in this review process - you asked me. So far as the refund, had I been looking for a refund I'd have pursued it in the aforementioned email exchange, not here.
