CAMy privacy may have been breached due … No apology from West Coast My privacy may have been breached due to fraudsters taking advantage of the Spark Pay system used by West Coast Shaving. This is unacceptable. No apology or acknowledgement came from West Coast. I received a letter in the mail from, Capital One Spark Business informing me that my personal information, address, phone number, card number, expiration date CVV, banking information may have been accessed. This is serious business, that West Coast should acknowledge and apologize to their loyal customers. I have been a customer for about 10 years. Right now, I will hold off on online purchases with them.

GBAutomated drop-ship operation Made a mistake in the order (handle length), sent an email asking to amend (within 5 min) - no response. Called three times - nobody picks up. Received the order as first entered - posted from the East Coast of all things. Won’t use again.

GBDon't do it! I ordered two seperate orders and two weeks later they have notl been delivered. When I emailed them I was told the order was held up five days because their system believed the orders were fraudulent However, both PayPal and the backing credit card had been billed on the very day order was placed. Two emails to the business had me assuming responsibility for this and all 5hey could do for me was offer me a refund if I shipped the items back when they finally arrived. Their prices are on the high side and their shipping and handling is a joke. I just hope I receive everything I ordered and nothing damaged, so I can be done with these folks and find another busin

GBPoor return policy. Will never buy again. Ordered Shaving Brush. After I opened the box, realized it is too big to use with shaving soap so I contacted support to return and get the right one. Even though website stated that 365 days return policy (Baloney) because I opened the box, I was told to read the return policy and so it can not be returned. This is the first time I went out of my usual Nordstorm and other high end retailers route and paid the price. I will never buy again.
