Avoid if you expect any level of good service. The first time I contacted WCS I was simply looking for a shaving brush that would fit my holder. I even gave them the exact needed dimensions with a picture. No response. Then I ordered a razor from them that turned out to be so mild it would take a week to get a decent shave. I asked them what could be done (refund, a more aggressive head, etc.). I was told there are no refunds for anything that has been used. Fine. But what about the other options? Again...dead air. BTW, West Coast Shaving isn't located on the West coast. They're in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina. owner Christine Koontz promises customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, but sure doesn't show it by ignoring customers. WCS stinks.

My privacy may have been breached due … No apology from West Coast My privacy may have been breached due to fraudsters taking advantage of the Spark Pay system used by West Coast Shaving. This is unacceptable. No apology or acknowledgement came from West Coast. I received a letter in the mail from, Capital One Spark Business informing me that my personal information, address, phone number, card number, expiration date CVV, banking information may have been accessed. This is serious business, that West Coast should acknowledge and apologize to their loyal customers. I have been a customer for about 10 years. Right now, I will hold off on online purchases with them.

Be careful, all may not be as it appears What you see is not necessarily what you get - even when they seem to go out of their way to specify a very particular version, or run of an item. Take nothing for granted and ask befor you buy. Also, when I went back to make sure of what I'd ordered (since it was not what I'd received) I saw that I'd apparently made the mistake of placing an order for 10 packs of "10 each" totaling 100, when there was a separate listing elsewhere for ordering 1 pack/group of "100 each". I paid 40% more for this oversight. Again, double check & then verify here. Shipping is fast though.. Response: My first two lines refer to the fact that the image of the item you show, may not be what you are actually selling - something I explained in our email exchange after the sale. BTW, I did not ask to participate in this review process - you asked me. So far as the refund, had I been looking for a refund I'd have pursued it in the aforementioned email exchange, not here. Tell me how you'd like to handle it, and I will happily refund your refund.

Misleading Ads The feather artist description should state it does not include any blade. I bought it as a gift for my son and was embarrassed when he couldn't even use it for lack of blade. I now have to ship the blades directly to him for him to use it.

Automated drop-ship operation Made a mistake in the order (handle length), sent an email asking to amend (within 5 min) - no response. Called three times - nobody picks up. Received the order as first entered - posted from the East Coast of all things. Won’t use again.
