GBAwesome service !! Placed an order in the afternoon for Seamer parts and needed them rushed as we were right in the middle of a canning run when our Seamer broke down. Explained that I was willing to pay expedited freight charges. I received an invoice for the parts right away and was able to pay it fast so the parts could be picked and shipped that same day. It was a Friday so the package went out UPS next day air Saturday delivery. I received the parts Saturday morning and was able to be back up and running by noon. Awesome service that I can't say I've experienced for a long long time.

Great crew and really awesome people over there. Look behind the counter the next time you're in one of downtown's brew pubs and you'll more than likely see their fantastic products. They make a domestic version as well for hobby brewers too!

GBHappy to share my experience! In a world where no one wants to work and customer service is in the toilet, Oktober is on the ball. I didn't have to speak with one single person. I already knew what I needed, pushed the appropriate buttons on my phone, put in my credit card number and BAMM, I got a notice that my order was being shipped. 2 days later, thanks to the efficiency of Fed-Ex, I had 2 big boxes of cans sitting in my driveway. THANK YOU website master and all who worked tirelessly at Oktober to make this miracle happen.

GBGreat purchase, so easy to use. I worked with Coleman Brook throughout the purchase and his service was superb. After buying a canular seamer I was very frustrated with the amount of setup that was required. Coleman informed me that Oktober seamers are all aligned prior to leaving the factory -- this was absolutely the case. Unfortunately, when the seamer showed up the on/off switch was damaged in shipment. Coleman immediately sent me a new switch and it was super easy to swap out (plug and play). It took me less time to install the switch then it would've taken me to box up the seamer and send it back. Definitely worth the money as compared to similar (cheaper) models.
