GBSometimes several cans in a box have… Sometimes several cans in a box have bad seems. It would be an improvement if you either acknowledged that a few cans may be damaged and the cost is automatically discounted, or else give an option to get credit upon the return of damaged cans. Also, it would be great if I could just order a whole pallet. The shipping prices on the boxes are pretty huge, and there is no reduction for getting the equivalent of a full pallet.

SL-1 canner with splash guard received very well packaged and in pristine working condition. Very simple to set up and started test canning in less than 45 minutes. Seaming was airtight and solid.

CADelivered fast once the shipping label have been created Once shipping label have been issued, delivery was fast. Machine works right out of the box. I haven't seen too much bent cans so far.
