I already knew what I needed, pushed the appropriate buttons on my phone, put in my credit card number and BAMM, I got a notice that my order was being shipped. 2 days later, thanks to the efficiency of Fed-Ex, I had 2 big boxes of cans sitting in my driveway. After ordering, a personal call from the owner telling me I didn’t need a specific accessory which saved me money! Wow, don’t get that from businesses! Canned 5 gallons of hard cider last night and was effortless and as advertised, no learning curve needed.

USSometimes several cans in a box have… Sometimes several cans in a box have bad seems. It would be an improvement if you either acknowledged that a few cans may be damaged and the cost is automatically discounted, or else give an option to get credit upon the return of damaged cans. Also, it would be great if I could just order a whole pallet. The shipping prices on the boxes are pretty huge, and there is no reduction for getting the equivalent of a full pallet.
