Happy to share my experience! In a world where no one wants to work and customer service is in the toilet, Oktober is on the ball. I didn't have to speak with one single person. I already knew what I needed, pushed the appropriate buttons on my phone, put in my credit card number and BAMM, I got a notice that my order was being shipped. 2 days later, thanks to the efficiency of Fed-Ex, I had 2 big boxes of cans sitting in my driveway. THANK YOU website master and all who worked tirelessly at Oktober to make this miracle happen.

Great crew and really awesome people over there. Look behind the counter the next time you're in one of downtown's brew pubs and you'll more than likely see their fantastic products. They make a domestic version as well for hobby brewers too!

Sometimes several cans in a box have… Sometimes several cans in a box have bad seems. It would be an improvement if you either acknowledged that a few cans may be damaged and the cost is automatically discounted, or else give an option to get credit upon the return of damaged cans. Also, it would be great if I could just order a whole pallet. The shipping prices on the boxes are pretty huge, and there is no reduction for getting the equivalent of a full pallet.

Excellent service I bought the BenchMK drill powered, and unfortunately I ran with an issue of a chuck not working correctly, contacted the company and they sent me a replacement right away. The product is very well made, so far I'm happy with the purchase. Highly recommended brand.
