Happy to share my experience! In a world where no one wants to work and customer service is in the toilet, Oktober is on the ball. I didn't have to speak with one single person. I already knew what I needed, pushed the appropriate buttons on my phone, put in my credit card number and BAMM, I got a notice that my order was being shipped. 2 days later, thanks to the efficiency of Fed-Ex, I had 2 big boxes of cans sitting in my driveway. THANK YOU website master and all who worked tirelessly at Oktober to make this miracle happen.

Awesome service !! Placed an order in the afternoon for Seamer parts and needed them rushed as we were right in the middle of a canning run when our Seamer broke down. Explained that I was willing to pay expedited freight charges. I received an invoice for the parts right away and was able to pay it fast so the parts could be picked and shipped that same day. It was a Friday so the package went out UPS next day air Saturday delivery. I received the parts Saturday morning and was able to be back up and running by noon. Awesome service that I can't say I've experienced for a long long time.

Delivered fast once the shipping label have been created Once shipping label have been issued, delivery was fast. Machine works right out of the box. I haven't seen too much bent cans so far.

Happy in Wisconsin!… Great product with plenty of on line review and video to make my decision. After ordering, a personal call from the owner telling me I didn’t need a specific accessory which saved me money! Wow, don’t get that from businesses! Canned 5 gallons of hard cider last night and was effortless and as advertised, no learning curve needed.
