GBSometimes several cans in a box have… Sometimes several cans in a box have bad seems. It would be an improvement if you either acknowledged that a few cans may be damaged and the cost is automatically discounted, or else give an option to get credit upon the return of damaged cans. Also, it would be great if I could just order a whole pallet. The shipping prices on the boxes are pretty huge, and there is no reduction for getting the equivalent of a full pallet.

I already knew what I needed, pushed the appropriate buttons on my phone, put in my credit card number and BAMM, I got a notice that my order was being shipped. 2 days later, thanks to the efficiency of Fed-Ex, I had 2 big boxes of cans sitting in my driveway. GBOktober Customer Service and Ease of Use Oktober answered all my questions quickly. They made me feel like I was their only customer. The SL1-B Homebrewer Can Seamer arrived on time. I got it setup and seamed my first can within minutes without issue. I am looking forward to bringing my homebrew to event in the future.

CADelivered fast once the shipping label have been created Once shipping label have been issued, delivery was fast. Machine works right out of the box. I haven't seen too much bent cans so far.
