GBSL-1 canner with splash guard. Prompt customer service follow up with answers to questions pertaining to product options before purchase. SL-1 canner with splash guard received very well packaged and in pristine working condition. Very simple to set up and started test canning in less than 45 minutes. Seaming was airtight and solid.

GBGreat purchase, so easy to use. I worked with Coleman Brook throughout the purchase and his service was superb. After buying a canular seamer I was very frustrated with the amount of setup that was required. Coleman informed me that Oktober seamers are all aligned prior to leaving the factory -- this was absolutely the case. Unfortunately, when the seamer showed up the on/off switch was damaged in shipment. Coleman immediately sent me a new switch and it was super easy to swap out (plug and play). It took me less time to install the switch then it would've taken me to box up the seamer and send it back. Definitely worth the money as compared to similar (cheaper) models.
