Failed to provide a service after we’d accepted a quote They provided us with a quote which we accepted. Then their surveyor visited and they increased the quote by £400. Nevertheless we accepted the new quote using their online quote acceptance portal, assuming that this constituted a contract, however they emailed us two days later saying that they could not offer a service on our moving date, which was the same date we’d discussed all along. Very disappointing to be left in this position the week before our move.

Not quite 5 Star A very impressive first visit survey and a good start with day 1 packing However moving day we did have a few issues - kettle packed away too soon, had to remind to lay floor coverings due to wet weather and chased - by email and phone call unnecessarily for additional fee re waiting charge. Staff were polite and hard working though we did get the impression that they may have been under a bit of time pressure but overall we do not appear to have suffered any damage Well done but a bit of room for improvement

French move Initially the experience was one to forget. Poor communication, long wait for belongings to arrive. Not a lot of customer empathy. However after my son directly phoned Dartford head office things did pick up, literally and figuratively. Belongings were delivered by two stalwart gentlemen who entirely turned a bad experience into a good one.

Brilliant 🤩 Removals ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kieran leyshon and Owen came to empty our apartment in France. They were brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They called before hand to let us know exactly what time they would arrived. Efficient and methodical, everything was securely packed and is on it way back to the UK! The company was recommended to us and I would definitely recommend.
