GBFailed to provide a service after we’d accepted a quote They provided us with a quote which we accepted. Then their surveyor visited and they increased the quote by £400. Nevertheless we accepted the new quote using their online quote acceptance portal, assuming that this constituted a contract, however they emailed us two days later saying that they could not offer a service on our moving date, which was the same date we’d discussed all along. Very disappointing to be left in this position the week before our move.

GBGot our stuff from the UK to Germany Got our stuff from the UK to Germany, only one small breakage which was covered despite being lower than the insurance excess and even managed to slip us into an earlier shipment so we only had a week between moving in and out. Highly recommended.

The company accommodated perfectly our request to deliver within a restricted time frame, and both the collection and delivery teams were incredibly efficient and respectful.
