Their communication was great, they did everything they said they would when they said they would. My move was from the UK to Madrid using their packing service and the shared load service. The guys packing the load in the UK and unloading in Madrid were brilliant - I had several very fragile items - everything arrived in absolutely perfect condition. I was kept up to date and told in advance of every step of the process, the service, customs requirements etc. - everyone at Matthew James made the process so easy and straightforward.
