GBAbsolutely Fantastic! Highly Recommended! From the first phone call to everything being delivered, Matthew James were fantastic! Their communication was great, they did everything they said they would when they said they would. My move was from the UK to Madrid using their packing service and the shared load service. The guys packing the load in the UK and unloading in Madrid were brilliant - I had several very fragile items - everything arrived in absolutely perfect condition. I was kept up to date and told in advance of every step of the process, the service, customs requirements etc. - everyone at Matthew James made the process so easy and straightforward. GBFailed to provide a service after we’d accepted a quote They provided us with a quote which we accepted. Then their surveyor visited and they increased the quote by £400. Nevertheless we accepted the new quote using their online quote acceptance portal, assuming that this constituted a contract, however they emailed us two days later saying that they could not offer a service on our moving date, which was the same date we’d discussed all along. Very disappointing to be left in this position the week before our move.

GBFrench move Initially the experience was one to forget. Poor communication, long wait for belongings to arrive. Not a lot of customer empathy. However after my son directly phoned Dartford head office things did pick up, literally and figuratively. Belongings were delivered by two stalwart gentlemen who entirely turned a bad experience into a good one.
