GBNot quite 5 Star A very impressive first visit survey and a good start with day 1 packing However moving day we did have a few issues - kettle packed away too soon, had to remind to lay floor coverings due to wet weather and chased - by email and phone call unnecessarily for additional fee re waiting charge. Staff were polite and hard working though we did get the impression that they may have been under a bit of time pressure but overall we do not appear to have suffered any damage Well done but a bit of room for improvement

GBIf ever you are moving - this is the company to use - Wow If ever you are moving, this is the company that you should use - they are incredible. The service is excellent, and the support that you get from start to finish is second to none. From the initial enquiry, to the final delivery they were 'by my side' all the way - so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. AUGermany to the UK We moved from Germany to the UK with a requirement for storage of our contents while we searched for somewhere to live. Utilising a shared load approach and a little flexibility, we were able to save a little. The team packing up our apartment were prompt, careful and did a most thorough pack - impressive! I can’t thank them enough. On the other side after a couple of months in storage, our contents were delivered on our chosen date and the team helped us to put together our furniture (we chose to unpack the rest ourselves) and did this in a professional manner. I thank the Matthew James team and on our next big move, I will be back in contact 😁.
