Matthew James Removals and Storage is a family-run business that has been providing excellent removal and storage services for over 30 years, under the leadership of it’s founder Matthew De-Machen. From our headquarters in Dartford, Kent, and our European depot in Estepona, Spain, we offer a wide range of services to suit all budgets and requirements, including UK and International Removals & Shipping, long and short-term storage, packing and unpacking, and piano and Fine Art handling. We are fully insured, and our dedicated team of experienced and professional removals experts will take care of your belongings, from the first phone call, through the planning process and on to your move itself, with the utmost care and attention. We understand that moving can be a stressful time, so we will do everything we can to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We also offer a bonded Customs Warehouse service for international removals, saving you cost and effort when dealing with HMRC. An Excellent Choice As we had sold our house in South West France, we needed a company which we could rely on to move our belongings back to England and we found them - an absolutely professional friendly team at Matthew James Removals and Storage. What a superb performance. An on time collection, quick and efficient packing service with quality materials. All of which were delivered flawlessly at the date and time agreed. Fantastic service from start to finish Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a small amount of furniture moved from UK to Spain and the whole thing could not have gone more smoothly. The company accommodated perfectly our request to deliver within a restricted time frame, and both the collection and delivery teams were incredibly efficient and respectful. The office staff gave back up and reassurance throughout with thorough and very responsive communication. I would highly recommend this company who give excellent service and great value for money.

Faultless Conscientious, diligent and respectful Raj and his team worked hard to accommodate our complicated needs. The gentlemen who came were very professional and helpful. Everything was beautifully swathed in either boxes or protective wrapping when required. Pre-warned us of a slight delay and helped us with some difficult moments when we tried to disconnected an appliance. Couldn’t have been improved upon.
