Jerome and Michael rule!! Jerome and Michael were excellent today resolving my conflict with Ikea and delivering my items. They are super professionals, and also super friendly and handled all the items with incredible care and in a very timely manner. This is my very first time using Lugg and I will definitely use again whenever needed. Super satisfied with the service I had today. Thanks a million Michael and Jerome, thanks Lugg.
