GBJerome and Michael were absolutely amazing Jerome and Michael were absolutely fabulous. They 100% know what they were doing. Everything was moved in super quick. Also the entire time they were communicating with me and giving me updates about their arrival time. They also had the best attitudes!

GBJulio and Juan were most helpful Julio and Juan were most helpful, going out of their way, offering to help me carry boxes to my car. They easily followed directions as to where to place things upon arriving as the destination, shifting existing furniture to accommodate my needs. This is my overall impression; I just would have wished they had covered my mattress to protect it (It arrived in perfect shape, though, as did everything else.)

GBJerome and Isaac were excellent!! Jerome and Isaac were excellent!!! They were very professional, very efficient, super friendly and handled all my items with incredible care! This is only my second time using Lugg and they were great at communicating the process to me! Would definitely use them again!

GBGreat job by Luggers! Great job by Jerome & Michael T with large, heavy boxes. Lugg & IKEA should smooth out delivery process. IKEA didn't mention need to text receipt to Lugg or that shipment might arrive 1.5 hours after window.

GBEasy scheduling, great service Our Luggers were right on time, polite, efficient, and treated our very heavy and valuable furniture with care. There wasn't a scratch to be found once our cabinet reached it's destination. We were surprised to find that our Luggers had to travel all the way to Forestville from Richmond (over an hour away). Though we didn't have to pay for their travel time, I would urge Lugg to extend their network to the North Bay so that workers aren't having to travel all that way and spend all that gas and mileage. Otherwise, great service. Would hire again.
