My first time using Lugg and it was… My first time using Lugg and it was great! Jerome and Michael were my movers and were so awesome - friendly, kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I knew how to put the hardware back in for my couches, and even took videos of them taking the couch apart so I could watch it when putting it back together. Easy scheduling, great service Our Luggers were right on time, polite, efficient, and treated our very heavy and valuable furniture with care. There wasn't a scratch to be found once our cabinet reached it's destination. We were surprised to find that our Luggers had to travel all the way to Forestville from Richmond (over an hour away). Though we didn't have to pay for their travel time, I would urge Lugg to extend their network to the North Bay so that workers aren't having to travel all that way and spend all that gas and mileage. Otherwise, great service. Would hire again.

Jerome and Michael were absolutely amazing Jerome and Michael were absolutely fabulous. They 100% know what they were doing. Everything was moved in super quick. Also the entire time they were communicating with me and giving me updates about their arrival time. They also had the best attitudes!
