CAPathetic customer service! Pathetic customer service! Requested a size change within minutes of ordering and didn’t hear back for 3 days at which time I was told it was too late to change (obviously) it. I was advised that instead I could return the item for a new size as soon as it arrived. Weeks later after at least 5 emails back and forth I received the required return labels. I wanted confirmation they would honour my purchase price and 11/2 weeks later at least 3 emails I received the reply they would not honour my purchase price. NOT IMPRESSED have been a loyal gold star customer for years but I will not order from them in the future.

GBMichael M and William Michael M and William, our movers, made the moving process easy, efficient and enjoyable. Both guys are incredibly kind, funny and nice to be around. I could not recommend these two, or Lugg, enough.

GBMy first time using Lugg and it was… My first time using Lugg and it was great! Jerome and Michael were my movers and were so awesome - friendly, kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I knew how to put the hardware back in for my couches, and even took videos of them taking the couch apart so I could watch it when putting it back together. They were so kind and made the experience great. Thanks Jerome, Michael, and Lugg!

GBGreat job by Luggers! Great job by Jerome & Michael T with large, heavy boxes. Lugg & IKEA should smooth out delivery process. IKEA didn't mention need to text receipt to Lugg or that shipment might arrive 1.5 hours after window.
