Julio and Juan were most helpful Julio and Juan were most helpful, going out of their way, offering to help me carry boxes to my car. They easily followed directions as to where to place things upon arriving as the destination, shifting existing furniture to accommodate my needs. This is my overall impression; I just would have wished they had covered my mattress to protect it (It arrived in perfect shape, though, as did everything else.)

So great to have help with things we can't do alone! It was so great to learn about Lugg! We had been trying to figure out how to move two large, old TV's we had, as well as move another heavy box. The workers were professional, helpful and friendly and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use Lugg again!

Jerome and Michael were my movers and were so awesome - friendly, kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I knew how to put the hardware back in for my couches, and even took videos of them taking the couch apart so I could watch it when putting it back together.
