This is only my second time using Lugg and they were great at communicating the process to me! Would definitely use them again!

Awesome experience Awesome experience - fast service and both workers were polite and efficient. They asked great questions before starting and followed everything exactly. They even showed us a few tricks on how to place the furniture when we need to move it. We will definitely use Lugg again!

Communicated the whole way when picking up my Facebook marketplace order, sent photos of the dresser and mirror all packed up and strapped in, and were just extra helpful and friendly (including to our dog) when they got here — made my day! Julio and Juan were most helpful Julio and Juan were most helpful, going out of their way, offering to help me carry boxes to my car. They easily followed directions as to where to place things upon arriving as the destination, shifting existing furniture to accommodate my needs. This is my overall impression; I just would have wished they had covered my mattress to protect it (It arrived in perfect shape, though, as did everything else.)

My first time using Lugg and it was… My first time using Lugg and it was great! Jerome and Michael were my movers and were so awesome - friendly, kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I knew how to put the hardware back in for my couches, and even took videos of them taking the couch apart so I could watch it when putting it back together.
