USYou added 43% to my cost? You added another 500 bags because of an overrun? I can understand 10-20 here and there but when the final bill has increased 43% that’s completely unacceptable and uncalled for. This was my first order and I am of course a small operator at this point. What if I had ordered 20,000 bags and you increase my order by 43%? Would someone have at least called me before Intentionally running this far over and then just sticking me with the bill? This is beyond ridiculous. And their copy and paste tone-deaf customer “service” reply was astonishing.
