Revolutionary Customer Service Working with the Roastar team has been fantastic. Everyone speaks to you like you are long time customer/old friend not a prospect. They genuinely enjoy and have a great company culture. We are small startup coffee company who has had some major wins. Ashley and her team have worked with our team step by step, with clear directions and visuals, the follow up and stress free hand holding is a big win for us. We were actually able to debut in a local regional grocery store with a professional clean looking bag like the other bigger coffee companies in our industry. We couldn't be happier.

Top notch customer service Top notch customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful. I tried using other companies that are under DBA, and that acronym for them should definitely be different choice words. Roastar rocks!!!! As a small business growing into customized packages this is perfect next step. Once you get to 10k+ minimums then you can get better pricing but the customer service still isn’t there. That’s what will keep me going with roastar.
