GBExcellent Choice for Shipping a Suitcase Appointed pick-up time met. Excellent handling. Notification was helpful. Suitcase was awaiting us in our state room when we arrived at the cruise. All documentation was available. Removed a great deal of stress from our trip.

GBStressful end of trip. Pick up going was great. Getting thru the disembarking procedure was stressful. Had to arrange luggage thru terminal to outside for pick up. Not clear were to get pick up for luggage. Had to make 2 phone calls to find out where to be for driver and almost missed our transportation to airport. Contact person from your office was very helpful in getting the situation taken care of. Not sure this was helpful enough to spend the money on our next trip out of the country.
