USStressful end of trip. Pick up going was great. Getting thru the disembarking procedure was stressful. Had to arrange luggage thru terminal to outside for pick up. Not clear were to get pick up for luggage. Had to make 2 phone calls to find out where to be for driver and almost missed our transportation to airport. Contact person from your office was very helpful in getting the situation taken care of. Not sure this was helpful enough to spend the money on our next trip out of the country.
