GBStressful end of trip. Pick up going was great. Getting thru the disembarking procedure was stressful. Had to arrange luggage thru terminal to outside for pick up. Not clear were to get pick up for luggage. Had to make 2 phone calls to find out where to be for driver and almost missed our transportation to airport. Contact person from your office was very helpful in getting the situation taken care of. Not sure this was helpful enough to spend the money on our next trip out of the country.

GBI finally found a reliable service to… I finally found a reliable service to transport luggage. I like traveling light. This service makes it so easy. I will always be using them for my future travels. So much easier than hauling luggage thru airports. So worth it !

GBhave used service several times in… have used service several times in many countries. works every time. never worry about getting your bag like u do on airlines. especially important for a cruise. i have heard too many horror stories of airline checked luggage not arriving in time for the departure.
