GBCouldn't ask for better Arrangements were easy on our cruise ship since there was a Luggage Forward person onboard. We left the suitcases outside our door and did not see then again until they got to our home across country 8 days later. They arrived right on schedule, in perfect condition. What more could you want?

GBhave used service several times in… have used service several times in many countries. works every time. never worry about getting your bag like u do on airlines. especially important for a cruise. i have heard too many horror stories of airline checked luggage not arriving in time for the departure.

GBI finally found a reliable service to… I finally found a reliable service to transport luggage. I like traveling light. This service makes it so easy. I will always be using them for my future travels. So much easier than hauling luggage thru airports. So worth it !

GBTimeliness of pickup and delivery were good… Timeliness of pickup and delivery were great - however, on return of luggage from cruise ship to our house, luggage was badly marred and in two cases, the hard case was cracked. Also, a number was written on several of my suitcases in permanent marker, further marring it. Luggage very banged up and extremely dirty.
