GBhave used service several times in… have used service several times in many countries. works every time. never worry about getting your bag like u do on airlines. especially important for a cruise. i have heard too many horror stories of airline checked luggage not arriving in time for the departure.

GBEverything went well except the luggage… Everything went well except the luggage was returned the day we returned instead of the date specified. It was left on our porch. Fortunately we returned later that night and it was still there. Since I believe you were aware of our return date, it would have been best to deliver it after our return date as noted in our contract.
