We have used Luggage Forward twice and… We have used Luggage Forward twice and both times have gone well. Professional, easy to use, kept in touch in the process, and timely. The only potential issue is both times our luggage was returned home almost a week early. It was not a problem for us but could be if one were not flying home directly.

Receiving a print out of the ship to labels was very helpful and the instructions were very clear. The bags were delivered to the destination ahead of schedule. On return trip one of the pieces was received very quickly and I when I called and left a message to mention that the second bag had yet to be received I received a prompt and detailed email reply explaining that the second bag was still with Customs and would be shipped shortly upon release. The customer service agent subsequently followed up with me when the bag cleared customs the following day and it was received without mishap. I highly recommend Luggage Forward and will use them when traveling.
