Excellent Choice for Shipping a Suitcase Appointed pick-up time met. Excellent handling. Notification was helpful. Suitcase was awaiting us in our state room when we arrived at the cruise. All documentation was available. Removed a great deal of stress from our trip.

Luggage shipping service Luggage was picked up on time and delivered on time in both directions for our cruise. So nice not to have to deal with the suitcases. Luggage delivered to our cabin. Also, a Luggage Forward staffer was on board near the end of the cruise to assist with any questions.

Timeliness of pickup and delivery were good… Timeliness of pickup and delivery were great - however, on return of luggage from cruise ship to our house, luggage was badly marred and in two cases, the hard case was cracked. Also, a number was written on several of my suitcases in permanent marker, further marring it. Luggage very banged up and extremely dirty.

We have used Luggage Forward twice and… We have used Luggage Forward twice and both times have gone well. Professional, easy to use, kept in touch in the process, and timely. The only potential issue is both times our luggage was returned home almost a week early. It was not a problem for us but could be if one were not flying home directly.

Couldn't ask for better Arrangements were easy on our cruise ship since there was a Luggage Forward person onboard. We left the suitcases outside our door and did not see then again until they got to our home across country 8 days later. They arrived right on schedule, in perfect condition. What more could you want?
