Excellent & Reliable Service I rarely write reviews, but happy to do so when there is excellent service. Ship Camp was incredibly easy and simple to book online and their customer service is efficient and highly responsive. The camp forgot to tag our daugher’s bag for the return and Ship Campos was quick to trace and follow-up; no waiting for days in limbo. Every time I emailed with questions about other things I got a response within minutes. Highly recommend Ship Camps!

My bag was picked up 2 days late My bag was picked up 2 days late. But the bigger problem was during the whole delay I had to be on top of it. No one was updating me and I had to spend hours figuring out what was going on. Shop camps did not take any initiative until I asked what was going on. And then they falsly blamed the camp forth delay instead up taking responsibility.

Ship Camps was reliable Ship Camps was reliable and my shipment was on time. I greatly appreciate that. However, my trunk was completely busted upon arrival home and its unusable.

I would have given 5 stars because the… I would have given 5 stars because the experience was great, with the information and process clearly laid out, labels easy to print, reminder emails, etc... but the trunk was delivered 4 days early. I know that sounds like a good thing but had we still been away, the trunk would have sat on our patio for every passerby to see and unfortunately, in this part of LA, packages are stolen all the time.

FedEx lost the shipping label (got separated from suitcase, apparently this happens a lot) and FedEx staff found the return label inside the suitcase upon a search to ID it. So they attached the return label and sent it back to me! A shipcamps rep called to notify me of the issue and arranged for it to get rerouted back to its original destination without my having to do anything. It eventually arrived to my child’s camp 4 biz days later. And they called to give me updates bc I was definitely in a panic. Huge relief, and appreciated the proactive solution. The return of the suitcase had no-issues.
