GBGREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I contacted customer service and the rep was ON IT. He proactively confirmed the locations available for drop off on a holiday weekend. (Usually customer service these days push effort back on the customer (saying....you can Google that) or give out bad information (they should be open on a holiday but I'm not will to check on that for you unless you insist)

GBWe used ship camps for the 2nd year in… We used ship camps for the 2nd year in a row and couldn’t be happier. Easy to use. Great directions. Bags got here before they were supposed to arrive. Will definitely use them next year.

GBMakes camp pick up so much easier Makes camp pick up so much easier! We travel with our dog, other sibling, and there's not a lot of room for the camp bags, so this makes life so much easier. Bags were dropped off two days after we arrived home. Scheduling was very easy and customer service is responsive when I have questions.
