GBWe used ship camps for the 2nd year in… We used ship camps for the 2nd year in a row and couldn’t be happier. Easy to use. Great directions. Bags got here before they were supposed to arrive. Will definitely use them next year.

GBMy bag was picked up 2 days late My bag was picked up 2 days late. But the bigger problem was during the whole delay I had to be on top of it. No one was updating me and I had to spend hours figuring out what was going on. Shop camps did not take any initiative until I asked what was going on. And then they falsly blamed the camp forth delay instead up taking responsibility.

GBGREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I contacted customer service and the rep was ON IT. He proactively confirmed the locations available for drop off on a holiday weekend. (Usually customer service these days push effort back on the customer (saying....you can Google that) or give out bad information (they should be open on a holiday but I'm not will to check on that for you unless you insist)

GBI would have given 5 stars because the… I would have given 5 stars because the experience was great, with the information and process clearly laid out, labels easy to print, reminder emails, etc... but the trunk was delivered 4 days early. I know that sounds like a good thing but had we still been away, the trunk would have sat on our patio for every passerby to see and unfortunately, in this part of LA, packages are stolen all the time.
