HIGHLY RECOMMEND The team was excellent. From the driver Angel to the packers and unpackers on site. They were professional, polite and we could not have asked for a better moving experience. We highly recommend Continental moving and their team. The communication from the front office was clear and helpful. Thank for you for making a stressful time much more enjoyable.

Good moving company but one of guy was slow. The company was responsive to our questions. however, some of workers were not as careful as last time which cause 2 pieces to be damage. Also one of them needed to be push to work since he was mostly standing wayching the others work. We were surprise since we added a 4th worker to make the move shorter which did not happen.

He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things when my questions were repeated. He returned my every call and that set me at ease. The quote was in tune with the initial estimate and fairly re-adjusted when things and weight were added. The pickup and loading guys were exceptional. This was turned over to another van lines of which was explained to me. The truck they packed was different than the one that arrived with my items. This was explained that the other truck was being serviced. The delivery and unloading guys were equally as professional and courteous. All the individuals loading and unloading were probably in varying degrees of spanish decent. All were pleasant and we were able to understand each other without incident. I would recommend and used Colonial Van Lines again.
