Everything moved in one piece When I contacted Colonial Van Lines, I was assigned to the Re-Moving America team and was satisfied with the service they provided. I had some minor concerns with the communication of the exact pickup and delivery dates (provided as a window, which I understand is the industry standard). I also would have preferred to know the location of my belongings during transit across the country. Finally, I was surprised that the final cost was 50% above the estimate (which I guess is a consistent challenge in the moving industry). Yet I was very impressed with the follow-up provided by the Resolutions Department, who reached out to me to discuss my concerns. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable.

Horrible Company to work for The owner of this company Aldo Disorbo has mastered the art of screwing people over. Instead of focusing on screwing the customers over he now screws his drivers over, meaning you will have a angry mover relocate your belongings they may quit in mid route with your belongings, and not being paid or treated properly. I know from first hand experience.

Wonderful Moving Experience I received a fair price, lots of communication from Colonial staff (Karlos, Jason, and Simone), and exceptional support from the Moving team (Paul and David). The movers were on time, fast, and safe.
