You can’t go wrong with Colonial. They did what they said with no tricks, furniture arrived well within the window of delivery and they were extremely communicative the whole time. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things when my questions were repeated. He returned my every call and that set me at ease. The quote was in tune with the initial estimate and fairly re-adjusted when things and weight were added. The pickup and loading guys were exceptional. This was turned over to another van lines of which was explained to me. The truck they packed was different than the one that arrived with my items. This was explained that the other truck was being serviced. The delivery and unloading guys were equally as professional and courteous. All the individuals loading and unloading were probably in varying degrees of spanish decent. All were pleasant and we were able to understand each other without incident. I would recommend and used Colonial Van Lines again.

No horror story There are so many horror stories out there about moving companies that I went in to my cross country move with huge doubts. Everyone I spoke to at colonial was helpful and attentive. My movers were from Best Movers and were great. I got exactly what I paid for with no damage to any of my items. Pick up and delivery was orderly and efficient.
