Good moving company but one of guy was slow. The company was responsive to our questions. however, some of workers were not as careful as last time which cause 2 pieces to be damage. Also one of them needed to be push to work since he was mostly standing wayching the others work. We were surprise since we added a 4th worker to make the move shorter which did not happen.

Excellent Dependable Movers-Colonial Van Lines Colonial Van Lines were so easy to work with. Once the move was confirmed, I had an account manager who kept me up to date at all times. Elsie was AMAZING! Their customer service was excellent! All my belongings arrived intact, and gentleman who delivered them was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Colonial Van Lines for any of your moving needs.

6/2023 move from FL to VA I used Colonial Van Lines for a move from Florida to Virginia. They kept in touch as my move-out and move-in date approached. They also called to verify if my things were picked up/dropped off. The moving company they contracted were timely and arrived in the time window they provided, and also notified me when they were nearby. I felt they were very transparent with the price and there were no extra surprise fees. Maybe only some minor damage to furniture (some chips on bed frame, slightly bent end table) but it was also a long move.

I had excellent experience with… I had excellent experience with colonial vanlines. I read nightmares about stuff being broke/stolen. I was very nervous moving furniture out of state. I made sure I packed all my things including fragile things . They dissassembled the beds and reassembled at the new place. They had tons of blankets to wrap my things for extra protection at no additional cost. Jacob was very professional we went over the items being shipped. He reassured me my things would make it there in one piece I bought extra insurance just in case. They picked up on 25th and delivered on 28th. Jacob called me the day before to confirm delivery. Leslie from vanlines continued to check up on me every step of the way. I received delivery everything was intake. I had bulky stuff with glass and nothing was broke. I would definitely recommend colonial van lines
