Rachel was amazing. I arrived at the property at 7435 W.Sahara Ave. Rachel was there to assist me. She was so friendly and helpful with guiding me through the process. I am definitely glad I made the decision to come here. Rachel went above and beyond. Thanks Rachel.

It’s the best I’ve been to many different locations of storage buildings and the one on Boaz Road in the Eagle Mountain area. I Fort Worth is probably the best I have seen it is the cleanest and the people there really do care and I so very very helpful. Tracey has answered everyone of my concerns and questions and I feel totally comfortable leaving my Household there in storage

Beware of the periodic rental raises!!!! There should be a cap on their rental agreement. When I downsized to a smaller unit it didn’t take long before we were notified about the rent increase. We have the smallest storage unit available 5x5 for $127.00 a month. Now, we just got another notice that our price would be $165 per month. That’s more than the 5x10 we use to have. On the site it says a 5x5 is $42 a month!! I feel ripped off. Periodic rental raises are understandable, but not when they jump up $38 extra a month for the smallest unit! As soon as I said we are moving out, they were quick to offer a lower price. We were good customers on auto pay.. they took advantage and expect us to pay 4x’s what others pay. This needs to stop. There should be a cap. Next stop is to report to the BBB. .
