Looking around for a unit and called… Looking around for a unit and called around to a couple of different places and the place that stood out was the customer service of Rosetta at he Western st in Fairfield location. She was very friendly and helpful and i didnt feel rushed. Even though this was over the phone she was the best.

Recent very positive experiences with Public Storage Esp Shamar My experience with public storage has always been very positive and thus time it was further reinforced positively by the Counter manager Shamar. I was closing the unit, he politely enquired why and I said I had moved to PA. I had looked into other places but… I had looked into other places but after meeting Cecelia at the Rosewood Drive complex in Columbia SC my mind was made up. She was a pleasure to work with and helped through the whole process. I never rented a unit before and she had all the answers. The process was very efficient and she explained the ins and outs. It’s very rare to get excellent customer service these days but Cecelia deserves 5-stars. thanks again..
