The kiosk stopped working for me to… The kiosk stopped working for me to finalize the reservation and then I tried online and it was gonna charge me the full price. I called the day I booked it and no way to access reservation online tried to get help with the call center and no one helped me !! Till today and I had to go online and redo the reservation and I need 24hr access and no one could help me with that. That a manager will call and never got a call. This was such a hassle and I needed it yesterday

Great reservation experience The person who I made the reservation with was extremely professional and courteous. He not only gave me information about the location that I had inquired about, but also gave me other options that were financially beneficial for us. Someone from the actual facility also called me later on to confirm, whether or not I had any questions.

Well-Done I received excellent help. The person I spoke with was patient, considerate, attentive to every single detail. Nothing was left out and each question I had such as where the door was placed, which has to do with whether space is wasted for an 'hallway' to get from front to back. The facility itself was clean, bright, safe. Wide door, good temperature. Thank you so much for really prifessional and considerate help during my time of stress.
