GBWell-Done I received excellent help. The person I spoke with was patient, considerate, attentive to every single detail. Nothing was left out and each question I had such as where the door was placed, which has to do with whether space is wasted for an 'hallway' to get from front to back. The facility itself was clean, bright, safe. Wide door, good temperature. Thank you so much for really prifessional and considerate help during my time of stress.

GBMade reservation online Made reservation online. Called storage facility prior to vehicle drop off. Got voicemail, left message, never got a call back. No other instructions given. Got to facility (one we’ve used many times in past under different ownership) luckily Bob is still manager and he got us straightened out and all set. If corporations want to take over these facilities they should have better customer service (not counting Bob at L006-he is Awesome!)

GBThe kiosk stopped working for me to… The kiosk stopped working for me to finalize the reservation and then I tried online and it was gonna charge me the full price. I called the day I booked it and no way to access reservation online tried to get help with the call center and no one helped me !! Till today and I had to go online and redo the reservation and I need 24hr access and no one could help me with that. That a manager will call and never got a call. This was such a hassle and I needed it yesterday
