The agent was fantastic! The agent, Brandi, was extremely knowledgeable and competent. She got me in and out with all relevant information in less than ten minutes. Excellent. She deserves a raise.

Very pleased Spoke to a "real" person who was very helpful, provided all the details, took his time to explain how everything will work. Received emails immediately while on the phone. Very positive experience.

100% 100% online able to rent flawlessly. Only had to check in with the front office to pick up my lock that I prepaid for online. Greg was outstanding and answered all of my questions and was able to rent a unit the same day and move in the same day. Thank you, I appreciate your company!!!
