GB100% 100% online able to rent flawlessly. Only had to check in with the front office to pick up my lock that I prepaid for online. Greg was outstanding and answered all of my questions and was able to rent a unit the same day and move in the same day. Thank you, I appreciate your company!!!

GBThe kiosk stopped working for me to… The kiosk stopped working for me to finalize the reservation and then I tried online and it was gonna charge me the full price. I called the day I booked it and no way to access reservation online tried to get help with the call center and no one helped me !! Till today and I had to go online and redo the reservation and I need 24hr access and no one could help me with that. That a manager will call and never got a call. This was such a hassle and I needed it yesterday

GBI didn't have to have a card I didn't have to have a card , most places require a card and I don't have one at the moment. Also I wrote down what I was suppose to write down but couldn't find it that was ok to .the whole experience wonderful also instead of more money when I got to the storage it was less give it 5 stars
