Good but seemed like bait and switch pricing Overall good experience and happy I got the storage space for my boat trailer. The price advertised was in the $40 range but then when I tried to book it, it gave an error saying invalid rate. I had to call and the guy that hped said it was $57, not $40 something. I could give a lower rating due to this since it sure seems like false advertising / bait and switch pricing to me.

The agent was fantastic! The agent, Brandi, was extremely knowledgeable and competent. She got me in and out with all relevant information in less than ten minutes. Excellent. She deserves a raise.

Stress Free College Student The customer service agent was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the type of storage needed for a college student. Very appreciative and stress has diminished with college ending in a few days.
