Stress Free College Student The customer service agent was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the type of storage needed for a college student. Very appreciative and stress has diminished with college ending in a few days.

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. Kudos to Cesar! He was so patient, informative, professional, and informative! This company is lucky to have him. He helped us set up the paperwork and even kindly offered to stay on the line while we complete the online portion and helped us when we had questions. The facility itself is very clean, well taken care of, with security cameras. The prices are also very reasonable!! I’m glad my plans to use another storage facility fell through so I can use this one instead!

Good but seemed like bait and switch pricing Overall good experience and happy I got the storage space for my boat trailer. The price advertised was in the $40 range but then when I tried to book it, it gave an error saying invalid rate. I had to call and the guy that hped said it was $57, not $40 something. I could give a lower rating due to this since it sure seems like false advertising / bait and switch pricing to me.

The kiosk stopped working for me to… The kiosk stopped working for me to finalize the reservation and then I tried online and it was gonna charge me the full price. I called the day I booked it and no way to access reservation online tried to get help with the call center and no one helped me !! Till today and I had to go online and redo the reservation and I need 24hr access and no one could help me with that. That a manager will call and never got a call. This was such a hassle and I needed it yesterday
