GBDon’t trust what they say, verify with actual place Found a storage unit, and reservation agent told me I had until May 9th on a hold for the unit (renting on the 15th) to do the paperwork. Great. I get a call from the place itself and they won’t hold that, they wanted payment right away. When I questioned why the stories were different, I was told that the 3rd party was wrong and they can’t seem to get SpareFoot to stop telling customers that. Very “deceptive business practices” kind of vibe.

GBThe man I spoke with did nothing but… The man I spoke with did nothing but lie to me. I specifically said I needed a unit that I could get into that day and also needed a unit that I had 24-hour access to. He assured me that I could get in immediately and would have 24-hour access. However after making my payment found out that in fact I couldn't get into the unit until the next day and there's no 24-hour access until the next day. He told me what he needed to to get me to give him money that was the gist of it. I was left with no unit and nowhere to put my belongings. After paying an extra $24 for the 24-hour access. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

GBWhen I was about to finish paying for… When I was about to finish paying for my unit, I was informed the price would be $67 after a few months. I was never told this by the representative, so it was not the best to hear that I wouldn’t actually be paying $33/month. Very bad customer service on the representatives part.
