My Best Interest at Heart The representative I spoke to on the phone was open to explaining the how the system works since I had never rented a storage unit. He explained the where the storage facility was and spent a good deal of time advising me about the size I would need and how the contract works. I had been calling other companies and found this person the most helpful and he seemed to have my best interest at heart.

I still have not received a call back… I still have not received a call back to be able to get a unit since i left voicemail and everything when no one answered my calls on move in day 😞

Kudos to "SpareFoot" Alex with "SpareFoot" was so professional and personable. He quickly helped us find the storage unit we needed. And, Connie, the manager at Thornton Storage was phenomenal.

I was able to get through to a person I was able to get through to a person, unlike some of the other facilities I called. Process was quick and the people were friendly and helpful!

The man I spoke with did nothing but… The man I spoke with did nothing but lie to me. I specifically said I needed a unit that I could get into that day and also needed a unit that I had 24-hour access to. He assured me that I could get in immediately and would have 24-hour access. However after making my payment found out that in fact I couldn't get into the unit until the next day and there's no 24-hour access until the next day. He told me what he needed to to get me to give him money that was the gist of it. I was left with no unit and nowhere to put my belongings. After paying an extra $24 for the 24-hour access. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
