Moments after reserving a unit online... Moments after reserving a unit online, I received a call from Tyler the manager. She was extremely helpful in helping me choose the correct size for the unit and answering all my questions. It made me happy that I chose this storage unit location.

The man I spoke with did nothing but… The man I spoke with did nothing but lie to me. I specifically said I needed a unit that I could get into that day and also needed a unit that I had 24-hour access to. He assured me that I could get in immediately and would have 24-hour access. However after making my payment found out that in fact I couldn't get into the unit until the next day and there's no 24-hour access until the next day. He told me what he needed to to get me to give him money that was the gist of it. I was left with no unit and nowhere to put my belongings. After paying an extra $24 for the 24-hour access. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
