Seamless Service Had to find a company in USA to ship an eBay item that didn't ship to UK. So glad I chose Stackry. From signing up to prompt delivery was a straightforward and quick process. Also had to contact customer service with a query that was dealt with straight away and very helpful. Item received just over a week after ordering and was able to track and kept up to date of progress throughout. All in all an excellent service, and would highly recommend, thank you!

Great process, very simple to use Great process, very smooth, and simple to follow. I will definitely use this service again if I need to ship from the USA to the UK. Only negative is the choice of postage options was not great, and quite expensive + long delivery times.

Missing details My shipment arrived with missing address details, so the team had to deal with it and for that reason there was an additional fee was to be added to the expenses, but after explaining the reasons and that it wasn’t my fault, they were very understanding and helpful and kindly waived the fee. Thanks to customer service agent Saeed Mansour.

Set up was difficult first time It was not possible to see why I could not proceed NEXT in the process of forwarding my goods, all because I did not know to click THE SAVE symbol which would then show an error that I could reticfy. The online chat bot is next to useless they should try alternative. TOOK ME HOURS tonwork this out. However the process after this went smoothly, they are very good in person and doing what they promise. They just need to remember some people are first time users.
