Love this Amazingly easy website to use and understand. I've won two units so far and the process to pay and pick-up was smooth. Will continue to use this site. I was worried about how this might turn out and it was all great. Zero complaints!

This was my first experience and sale… This was my first experience and sale and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Once I had won my bid I called the storage and the lady at the desk gave me clear instructions and we set a time to come through. She graciously waited as I cleaned the unit out and promptly returned my cleaning fee before I left. I will be returning to bid for other units .. I was happy with the items I won.

I wish we could go back to live… I wish we could go back to live auctions, but this service is very good. Pictures are good, easy to check out, and very accurate on its descriptions.

Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma. Cleaned it out and went back for my deposit. No problem with unit being cleaned but woman working couldn't find my deposit. I was there for an hour while she called around. She talked to her boss who wanted me to sign the form stating I received my deposit back. I told her that wasn't happening until I got my deposit back. Woman had a terrible attitude and her boss was even worse. Deposit was finally located and I got it back. The customer service was horrible although the day I came in and paid for the unit, it was great as was the woman working.
