Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma. Cleaned it out and went back for my deposit. No problem with unit being cleaned but woman working couldn't find my deposit. I was there for an hour while she called around. She talked to her boss who wanted me to sign the form stating I received my deposit back. I told her that wasn't happening until I got my deposit back. Woman had a terrible attitude and her boss was even worse. Deposit was finally located and I got it back. The customer service was horrible although the day I came in and paid for the unit, it was great as was the woman working.

Would not recommend Seems like everyone and their mom is buying storage units now, making everything overpriced. This company doesn't care about you as a buyer, will repost cockroach infested units and ban you over an issue. Private sales.. almost always a JUNK scam, tons of blurred pictures that matter, and fake items. Especially in Tampa.

I love store treasures so much! I love store treasures so much! I have one over five storage is in I’ve had so much fun seeing what I find. Every interaction have gone smooth and they gave you plenty of time to go through it and clean up. Highly recommend!
