He went over to the storage unit with me to unlock it also came back a few hours later to check on me to see how things were going as I had told him that it was the first storage unit that I’ve ever bought, Dave gave me his card so that I would have a contact if I needed anything. I gave Dave five stars for his excellent customer service.

Drove an hour and a half today to pick… Drove an hour and a half today to pick up a unit and the worker at the facilty admitted that they take the stuff left behind by other auction buyers and customers and stage units. I got a dresser with no drawers, turned so you couldn’t see it and a broken bed. The unit was set up perfectly to look great but everything was damaged or broken. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Also, they don’t list them as manager specials to make you think it’s a tenants unit. Moove In Storage, Harrisburg, PA. This is illegal and should be investigated.
